We were established in 2003 as the Estes Park Nonprofit Resource Center and rebranded in 2024 to better reflect our growing mission of empowering and uniting our unique, geographically isolated nonprofit community of 100+ organizations.

ENN supports over 70 local 501(c)(3) nonprofits serving the Estes Valley, alongside 40+ additional organizations that serve regionally or fall outside the traditional nonprofit category (like quasi-governmental groups or community clubs).
By providing resources, facilitating collaboration, and advocating for the nonprofit industry, ENN helps nonprofits thrive—improving lives, strengthening the local economy, and fostering a more connected community. We also bridge the gap between donors, funders, government, businesses, and nonprofits to create meaningful, mutual benefits.
Why do you call it the “Estes Valley nonprofit industry” instead of the “nonprofit sector”?
We use “industry” because it reflects the scale and economic importance of local nonprofits. The Estes Valley has one of the highest ratios of nonprofits per capita in Colorado, contributing $126 million annually to the local economy—10% of the local GDP—and representing the largest employer in our community.
The local industry includes six distinct sectors:
